Jenny sold one house and helped us find another, and she performed both tasks masterfully, saving us tons of money and making everything easy.

We highly recommend her! On the sale of our house, Jenny was consistent and excellent in her marketing efforts. Also, her advice was data driven, which provided enormous comfort throughout the process. We had many questions, and Jenny had answers for everything. The rare time she didn't know an answer, she was able to solicit advice from subject matter expects within her network. She was also incredibly honest throughout the process. For example, we floated the idea of lowering our selling price, which I thought every agent wants of their buyers to facilitate a speedier transaction, but Jenny encouraged us to hold at our price. In the end, we're confident we got the best price possible for our house, and we know it's more than what we would have achieved without her guidance. On the purchase of our next home, Jenny was able to show us a house that wasn't even on the market yet. The sale of our previous home and the purchase of the new home had to be stacked on the same day, and Jenny managed the complicated logistics flawlessly. Jenny was always prompt, patient and kind in her communications, and always made us feel important. There just aren't enough words (or rating stars) to describe how great it was to have Jenny represent us in these two transactions.

"Oh where to begin? We can start off by saying what a absolute ROCKSTAR Jenny is! By far the finest agent in all of the greater Gainesville area. Our deal was far from your normal run of the mill real estate transaction and I could not have imagined going thru it with anyone else!
